We offer a variety of classes to choose from. Each style and teacher offers students a unique experience.
In this restorative sixty minute class, students will be guided safely through a series of specific Yin Yoga postures. Poses are held for approximately 3-8 minutes. Holding postures for longer amounts of time allows students to gently stretch the deep connective tissue of their joints. A regular Yin practice will increase mobility and flexibility while also creating a sense of peace and wellbeing.
Slow Flow Vinyasa
As the name suggests, Slow Flow offers students the opportunity to participate in a slower, gentler Vinyasa practice. Teachers are able to give more instruction to help students understand the proper alignment and benefits of each pose. Students will build strength, flexibility, balance, and a more complete understanding of their practice. Great for beginners. All levels are welcome.
In this upbeat 75 minute class, students will be guided through a series of both classic and innovative yoga postures. The classroom is heated to a toasty 85 degrees to help loosen muscles and create internal heat. Attend a Vinyasa class and watch as your strength, flexibility, and confidence grow to full potential.
Yoga Flex integrates moderate weight training with classic yoga asanas. Students will incorporate free weights into their practice to tone and strengthen while stretching and balancing. Yoga Flex will challenge students in a new way and take their practice to a whole new level. Weights are provided at studio on a first come, first served basis.
Our most gentle class offered at the studio. If you are in need of a peaceful, restorative experience then we highly recommend this class. Poses are accessible to all bodies and ages. Music is quiet and soothing. Great for students who are seeking to relax and gently nurture their bodies.
