Whether your goal is to become a teacher or simply to uncover new depths to your practice, we are confident our 5-star rated Yoga Alliance approved training will be a valuable first step.

Meet The Trainer
Liz DeFour E-RYT 500
Liz Defour is the owner of Full Lotus Yoga studio, a certified Yogaworks Trainer, and has been teaching Yoga in the Metro Detroit area since 2011. She began studying Yoga as a teenager and was immediately aware of the importance a consistent practice made on her physical, mental, and spiritual well being. Now a certified E-RYT 500 Liz is dedicated to sharing Yoga with her community full time.
Beginning with and grounded in Ashtanga Yoga, Liz now likes to weave many modalities of movement and training into her teaching. Liz considers herself a voracious student of the Yoga Sutras and loves to discuss how we can incorporate this ancient ideology into our modern day lifestyle.

Fridays | 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. (Zoom)
Saturdays | 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (in-studio)
Sundays | 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (in-studio)
Meets the following 7 weekends:
September 6-8, 13-15, 27-29
October 11-13, 25-27
November 8-10, 22-24
Training Tuition
Early Bird Pricing: $2800 (ends July 6th)
Full Tuition: $3100
Payment Plan: four payments of $775 due before August 30th
